   Small Business Resources offers onsite training and troubleshooting services for clients nationwide.

    Although Peachtree products are the easiest accounting software packages available, we understand there are always concerns when making the transition from one product or system to another, and we're here to help. We can help you make a smooth, efficent transition from your current accounting system to Peachtree.

    Once an appointment has been made, a member of our certified staff will arrive onsite to perform any necessary changeover, and field any questions you or your employees may have regarding your Peachtree software. This "custom training" allows you to learn only what you need or want to know about the software, leaving out potentially confusing or irrelevant information and avoiding generalization.

   Fix any outstanding problems you may have involving Peachtree.

    While onsite, our representatives can clear up any hardware, operating system, or other software conflict problems related to Peachtree, even on networks. Our staff is familiar with all aspects of  Windows XP®, Windows Vista®, Windows 7®;Windows® networks, Windows® peer-to-peer networks, and Novell® networks in relation to Peachtree.

Small Business Resources proudly offers comprehensive Peachtree software support by Peachtree Certified Technicians via phone to customers nationwide. We offer timely, intuitive support for all of the following Peachtree products:

  • Peachtree Complete Accounting  2006 - 2010
  • Peachtree Complete Accounting for Windows  2006 - 2010
  • Peachtree Quantum  2006 - 2010

Phone support is available Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 4:30PM CST, and resolution normally occours on the same day the call is placed. If you are establishing a new account, please have the following information when calling:

  • Company name and address
  • Name of primary contact person
  • Credit card information (type/number/expiration date)
  • Peachtree serial number, batch number, and version

Fee Information

Our fees for phone support are:

  • $ 50.00 minimum charge per call (includes first 10 minutes of support)
  • $ 5.00 for each additional minute

Calls are initially screened in an attempt to gain as much information as possible regarding your particular problem. No charge is assessed for this screening. Charges are only incurred when technical support is actually given (sometimes in the form of a callback, but usually while on the line).

We consider each problem as one call, even if it takes more than one callback to reach a resolution.
